Operations Overview

The Operations Committee of Self-Advocates As Leaders is made up of the core leadership of the Organization.

Team Focus

They work with the Executive Director to make sure our mission guides the work that Self-Advocates As Leaders committees and staff do.

The Operations Team makes sure the strategic plan is being followed.

Team Jobs

They oversee the budget and approve financial decisions.

They oversee the internal workings of the organization and set internal policies (policies to guide how we do things.)
